If you have received a warranted item and have been unable to get it working properly,
please follow the instructions below.
- Please contact us as soon as possible within the 30 day warranty period.
You may email us or give us a call at (206) 575-8737 Ext. 200.
Please let us know your name, order number and a description of the problem.
- We will give technical assistance to try to correct the problem if possible.
- If we cannot correct the problem by phone, we will then issue an RMA# to return the item.
- We will then send a replacement if one is available. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be credited to your card.
Please Note:
- If a returned item is found to work properly by us, a 20% re-stock fee will apply.
- Returns must be returned in the condition as sent and with all accessories. If not, a larger re-stock fee will be charged depending on the item and condition.
- Items must be packed with care and may need to be insured since many returned items turn out to be incompatible, not defective.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- If there is a problem with your order, we ask that you please wait to rate us after we have had a chance to provide customer service and support.
